Glass Movie Review

It will interest you to know that Glass is the third installment in the Eastrail 177 Trilogy, the first movie was released in the year 2000 named Unbreakable; the movie showcased the story of a security guard named David Dunn played by Bruce Willis who was the only survival in a horrifying train crash where 131 people died; interesting he survived without a single scratch.
After the crash, he got to find out that he possesses superhuman power and helping him discover his power was a Comic Art Gallery Owner named Elijah Price played Samuel L. Jackson who consistently tried to influence David to give into his powers completely and show the world what he is made of however David Dunn played the vigilante in ensuring people live safely within his neighborhood. Unbreakable was produced with a budget of $75 Million and it grossed a total of $248.1 million. The Writer, Director and as well one of the Producers is M. Night Shyamalan who is popular for Movies such as The Sixth Sense (1999), Signs (2002), The Happening (2008), The Last Air-bender (2010) and After Earth (2013).
Split (2016), the second release of the Eastrail 177 Trilogy showcased the story of a man (James McAvoy) with 24 different personalities who started the movie by kidnapping and imprisoning three teenage girls in an isolated underground facility. The suspense was at it’s height with the 24th personalities referred to as “The Beast” who was briefly revealed in the movie (Split) where he literally fed on 2 of the 3 girls that was kidnapped but you will have a lot more to see about “The Beast” in Glass. Split had a budget of $9 million and had a Box Office Gross of $278.5 million
Glass (2019) carries a whole lot of action and combines the characters of Unbreakable and Split. It is the final part of the Trilogy but while watching, M. Night Shyamalan may have hinted the possibility of more to come as he revealed that the abilities are not exactly Mental Disorders but there could as well be some truth to it. Glass explained and revealed the mysteries of Unbreakable (2000) and Split (2016) showing the diabolic plans or Elijah Price AKA Mr Glass. Glass is packed with action mixed with the sauce of cinematic scare and will be best enjoyed within the confine of a cinema hall.
Glass is scheduled to release on the 18th of January and projected to exceed $120million within the first weekend. M. Shyamalan also proved his outstanding directing skills with this trilogy; The combination of Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis & the eccentric James McAvoy who displayed once again his amazing acting qualities makes the movie a must watch.
